"Did a beautiful job replacing cracked tile and installed new shower door."

"Jim handled the project in a manner consistent with the condo association rules without anyone complaining about noise, debris cleanup, work hours or the myriad complaints that usually come along with any project performed in a condo association. Jim met the condo association rule to match our deck precisely with existing and surrounding decks that were built in the early 90s. In addition, the price paid for the work was reasonable and the quality of the work is, thus far, near perfect."

"Repairman found that the incorrect hardware was used on our doors when initially installed; installed correct hardware on both doors. Very helpful and professional!"

"From the initial sales call to the finishing off the installation the process was timely and smooth. The salesmen was very upfront with the purchase to install time when others were not which is appreciated. The installation of the windows went without issue. The installation team was very personable and answered all questions we had. Now our house is quite and with out drafts on the windy side of the house."

"Garage door will not open Replace the springs and cables works great now"

"Everything went perfectly. Jeremy was fantastic at explaining the process and keeping us updated with the installation. We purchased an Angies list package and we needed an extra window sensor over what was offered in the package. Jeremy went above and beyond and just threw in the extra window sensor without batting an eye."

"I had gotten quotes and visits from multiple companies and ultimately felt the attention to detail, overall quality and service combined with the experience and very competitive pricing was the best. The installation crew were friendly and thorough and it was clear they were very knowledgeable and well seasoned with regards to replacing windows in older homes where unforeseen hiccups can occur to which they came through with flying colors. I would not only work with them again, I would highly recommend them as your company of choice for windows."

"Audit was fine, didn't expect any more or less. Getting door and window leaks taken care of was the key."

"quality is always excellent. Delivery has always been on time. this is the third time I have used Arkansas wood door"

"The service turned out great. We had no complaints at all with the service. The guy came in with booties. He was very friendly and efficient. He was truthful and he let us know what needed to be done. They were very timely and got us in within a week of our call. We asked him questions about replacing the gas log insert and he did try to wheel and deal with that work as he let us know he had inserts at his home. I did not find that to be professional. The service we were satisfied with but the sales portion was not as professional. I would use them again for installation but as far as purchasing from them I would have hesitation."
