Originally meeting the needs for Meijer,Inc., HSC later performed services for businesses such as U of M Flint, national accounts such as Lowes, Barnes and Noble, Marriott Hotels, Sheraton Hotels, JoAnn Fabrics, Radio Shack, Home Goods, and World Market. Government accounts such as NOAA, US Geological Survey, and Superior Township Utilities, insurance work, property management of condos and apartments, as well as residential customers have also been the recipients our services. We use employees and reputable subcontractors when needed. An estimate fee of $50 is charged to the customer if work is not awarded. Change orders required for work outside of the original scope of work. Payments scheduling and payment(s) based on job cost. Credit card, personal check, and cash are acceptable forms of payment.
