"Jim was extremely rapid in contacting me to discuss my unstable deck. I texted over some pictures of the issue I needed addressed. He provided me with an estimate and scheduled me in for 8 am the very next morning. Jim and his awesome crew arrived exactly on time and immediately began making repairs. "He is very trustworthy and prompt. He goes out of his way to do what needs to be done. The first time he cleaned my chimney, he found the reason I had water flooding down the inside of the house via the outside of the chimney. The two persons who had previously â inspected â it did not see the huge cracks in the top concrete nor the flashing around the chimney. He fixed it, and there has not been a drop of water inside the house since."
