"More like Unreliable. I spent $2,000 for shoddy work. They installed a gate for my front yard and within ONE day a piece of the gate fell off and went missing. After going back and forth with an associate named Luis Ramirez they tried CHARGE ME for the parts to install myself. Do not use this company. It is not worth the money and they have very poor customer service. I will be writing the better business bureau next."

After getting a couple of quotes and not getting any follow up from the original installers, I decided on The North Fence Co. From 1st contacts, Fabio was pleasant, not pushy and great with follow up. The price was reasonable, not lowest but certainly not highest. Within one week, I had my fence replaced. The crew came exactly as I was told and worked hard on a cold day to make sure the fence was perfectly straight and even did a few extra touches to match up to existing chain link on one side. I am more than happy with the outcome, the kind, friendly owners and highly recommend them if you need fencing done right. "

We tried to contact multiple times through email and leaving voicemails. We finally received a response November 21 that the work would be scheduled March 2026. This was not acceptable when we paid a deposit August 2025, so we asked for our money back since the work was not done as planned. Despite multiple emails and calls over the last ten days, we have not received a response or a refund. I strongly recommend against this company."
