"Project was repairing or replacing small roof on the back of a row home in Lancaster. Roof was over 30 years old. William was willing to quote and start work on it while we were still out of town. Top quality rubber roofing material used. He also put a layer of silicone coating on the larger top roof on the house. The grey dirty picture is the old roof. Particularly good flashing and sealing work against the walls of both houses. Ignore the metal cable, that was for the dog run."

"I had him do several small jobs and one bigger job. The small jobs were hanging ring towel holders in two bathrooms, hang a smoke/c.o. detector, replace a piece of siding outside. The big job was installing a new disposal. A couple days later my dishwasher wasn’t working so I called a company to come fix it. And they realized the problem immediately and sent the guy back on Monday morning to fix it. It was an honest mistake and I was extremely pleased that it was taken care of so quickly.
