"We recently had Mega Power Electric Inc install a solar system and panels. The President and provided excellent communication all the way through the process. He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. "Nice people, they claim to give a lifetime warranty including resealing seems or any problem at all. They showed up as scheduled, took a bit longer than expected. I was very happy with the way it looked when they were finished. Im still happy with the way it looks. After they left I noticed they had drilled a hole in my concrete walkway and pounded in rebar to mount a gate post but they didn’t plan it right and I believe they called the owner out who decided to put the post in a more suitable place. Unfortunately the cracked concrete with a flush cut piece off rusty rebar remains as an eyesore. After a month or two the gate post on the opposite side began pulling out of the stucco on the side of my garage. I took it apart to find they used cheep plastic anchors so i just went and replaced them with metal concrete anchors myself so its never coming out again. I figured despite the warranty id just get it done. Fast forward to present June 2019 and i noticed that 2 of the base plates of the fence are not fastened to the concrete on one end allowing them to swivel out of place when the neighbors gardener does yard work it pushes them out of place. I contacted Sonrise and was given a date two weeks away that they would show up but they could not give a time. Sounds stupid but fortunately I’m retired and can sit home all day waiting for them to show up because hey what else do i need to do right? never showed up. I emailed again and the Forman called and apologized said he’d be out the following Friday. Never called never showed up. I emailed again and its been a week and a half with no response. so much for that lifetime warranty. I am really happy with the way the fence looks but cutting corners on simple stuff has me a bit confused because when you say lifetime warranty to fix ANYTHING wrong. Well you’d expect no short cuts because then you’d have to come fix the problems ... Unless... you have no plans to fix anything at all. I don’t care to write a review like this but when you jerk a customer around then just ignore them what else is left to do?"

"I thoroughly recommend this company. The painters and wood refinishers were all artists at what they did and we are extremely pleased with the results. The prep work was meticulously done, the finished products are better than hoped for, and the cleanup was as if it never happened. The men were very professional, worked as a team and caused us the least disruption possible. They showed up for work at exactly the days and times arranged and everything was finished well within the time frame expected. I will happily and confidently rehire them for any other paint or stain work we might need around the house."

"Tom was very responsive from the beginning, he would immediately reach out when I had questions. As the job progressed and the landscape gave us some curve balls, both Tom and his team had solutions and worked with me to make sure that changes were to my liking. His workers cleaned up everyday and extremely skilled and considerate. If I ever have landscaping needs I would use him again and recommend him to friends and family."

"I purchased a "deal" -4 hours of dry wall labor for $99. Having no idea how much dry wall can be fixed/replaced in 4 hours or what materials were needed, I requested that someone come out and let me know if what was needed (time and materials) to complete the job I had. The Just Do It office said no problem and I scheduled an appointment. The worker arrived on time but was not aware that he was only to provide an estimate. He was under the assumption that he was to do the work -- this was a subcontractor Just Do It uses in my area. It took about 20 minutes to clear up the miscommunication and the office explaining what is included in the "deal" and what isn't before the workman gave me  the estimates I asked for.
I scheduled another appointment to have the work done. In the meantime, I purchased the materials -- I didn't want someone who was skilled in fixing drywall to spend "labor time" going to and from Home Depot and then run out of time doing the actual work. The work was done well and mess was cleaned up.
So after a somewhat rocky start, I would use this company again. I would, however, suggest that the Just Do It scheduling office realize that some of us don't know the nuances of their business and work involved/allowed for jobs and to have a little more patience explaining why work requested is/is not a part of a deal.

"I am very pleased and even amazed at the transformation of my back yard. First, I must compliment Jesse, the landscape architect who designed my project. I had very specific "wants and needs" which he incorporated perfectly. The renderings and plans were excellent. The job supervisor, Leo, was very impressive. Even though he was overseeing quite a few other jobs, he never forgot any details or tweeks I wanted in my project. He was always very responsive. It took approximately 3 months to complete my project. I'm sure it would have taken other companies much longer as I saw happening when my neighbors had landscape work done at their homes. Many days there were 5-7 men on my job; they showed up promptly at 7 AM and worked very hard all day. They would also clean up the site at the end of each day. They were very experienced, as evidenced by the great work they did. I am a very particular person, so I closely watched the work being done. Santiago was often on-site and always checked the plans to be sure the job was being built as specified, He also expertly did much of the work himself. My backyard went from having very little useable or functional space to a place where I can easily entertain 50 or more people. When the job was done they did the final TLC, as Leo calls it, and they even washed my lower story windows and patio doors that were bordering the construction site. Final compliments to Jessica the office admin person and Richard the owner of the company. Unfortunately the photos were taken on a cloudy day and don't do the project justice."

"The whole TerraVenti Construction team was great to work with. They were honest, professional and dependable from the estimate to demolition to clean up.  They remodeled our master bath and kitchen. For the bathroom we redid our shower and two vanity tops. For the kitchen, we replaced our countertops, added backsplash, added an island, redid electrical for new appliances and lighting. We got what we wanted with no delay.

The price was fair, they showed up as scheduled and cleaned up very well every day. They were easy to work with and were very patient with our questions. We did a lot of communicating via text and they were very responsive.

I find TerraVenti easy to work with.  The owner is very thoughtful and direct when doing business. The employees are kind and thorough with their work.  

We would definitely recommend this company if you are planning a kitchen or bathroom remodel."
