"My wife and I own a manufactured housing park. Last year we put in 20 new homes and Daniel did all of the interior work. When new homes come in, they require repair of sheet rock, trim, and adjustment of doors, etc. Beyond that, Daniel hung storm doors and additional lighting, including ceiling fans. Daniel is well organized and communicates his schedule. In my experience, Daniel provides quality work at a reasonable price. Overall, Daniel did an outstanding job for us."

He has his contractor’s license and is versatile in his knowledge and capabilities. Ken works diligently and does a great job. The projects that he has completed for me include restringing patio lights and connecting them to the patio light switch, replacing the patio wall lantern, installing wired LED lights in the garage, fixing a leaking bathtub faucet (requiring buying and installing new cartridge), assembling a new recumbent bike, assembling a new deck storage box and installing a hanging storage rack from the garage ceiling and assembling a five-shelf garage storage case. When I bought the wrong strip lights for the garage, Ken went to Home Depot to return the old lights and buy the correct ones. He finds creative solutions for any problem.
