"Purchased a tile roof tune-up deal here on Angie's List, needing to get some things addressed that the home inspector identified when we were buying the place in the Fall, and the tune-up seemed like a good way to kick that off. Tony, the owner of Great Western, came out to do the tune-up; his initial inspection confirmed what the home inspector's report had eluded to (home inspectors, generally, don't walk the roof as part of their inspection), as well as a few other things that needed attention, some more critical than others.
