They arrived as scheduled, worked consistently throughout the day(s) and completed the work when expected. Between the new flooring and new baseboards, our house feels refreshed and contemporary. To the question of that shower door, a "DreamLine Essence Semi-Frameless Sliding Shower Door" a really beautiful bit of work and a total pain. The instructions provided didn't match the parts provided. It was a real pain to contact the manufacturers "Help Line" and finally I was able to dig through the manufacturers web-site and come up with the updated installation instructions. After that Matt and Manny were able to confidently dig into and complete the install. We will be asking them back to do several projects that we have in our planned remodeling of our home."

"John and Chris are the best subs that my partner and I have ever worked with. They do not cut corners and won't leave something that does not have a quality look. They recently installed laminate flooring in our whole house, minus the bathrooms. Their sales woman was patient with us as we went back by their shop 3 times to sample different floor types. While they were working on it we let John know we were interested in redesigning our master bathroom and he already had ideas for us as well. They finished up the floor and it looks great. Have gotten a lot of compliments on it already. John and Chris were able to get started on the bathroom right away once the floors were done and got to a good stopping point. It took us a while to get our plumbing and drywall finished but once those were done they came back out and finished the job up quickly. It looks amazing and they did top quality work. My girlfriend loves the bathroom and spends a lot of time in it! We will be recommending East Mountain Flooring to our friends and family and will use them again when we decide to redo our guest bathroom."

They are always very thorough and the best part is that we came away with a nice important list of how to keep the home in great shape for the future. Levi and Josh take tons of time to help the buyer or seller (he does pre-home inspections  for sellers,as well, and then comes back with the new buyer to re-inspect at NO CHARGE) understand what is in the report. If the buyer is attending the inspection they point out how to avoid problems and maintain a nice home. They will teach you how to take care of your swamp cooler, lube you windows, how not to get electrocuted when you open a fuse box, etc. Especially great for a new home buyer.  They are careful to look for polybutylene piping and sono-tubing plus much more. "We had this company install flooring before and felt they were fantastic (see previous report).  This time it was frustrating and we felt they no longer appreciated our business.  First the salesperson said flooring had gone up in price.  $12.99 vs 7.99.  When I said I wanted to price elsewhere suddenly the price came down to $8.99.  Really?  They said it would be a few days for delivery and we were still waiting over a week.  They measured wrong on the tile and then we had to wait another week for the tile.  They charged us for undercutting the doors in the bedroom and office but didn't actually undercut any doors.  I brought this to their attention and I received another bill still charging for the doors.  We can't even close the closet door since they were here so know they didn't undercut that door.  No explaination but another bill.  I paid it but feel like they are looking to add on or get anything extra that they can from us.  Not a good feeling.  I may use them again (Roswell doesn't have many options) but will be very specific and get everything initialled by the workmen themselves.  By the way, the installers were great.  Very professional and nice."
