"Luke came and did a scope of our property, measurements, and gave us different options for a fence. We weren't ready at that very moment so he sent updated quotes weekly to keep us posted on the fluctuations in price. Finally we were ready and Luke fit us right in and moved us up when there was a cancellation. Unfortunately we were not aware that our house was built on a very hard mineral stone making the job a whole lot harder than the norm. But Luke did not give up! He kept us posted on his progress and any delays we would come up against. The finished product, as challenging as it was to complete, was BEAUTIFUL!! Our fence is made with quality wood and is amazing. I would definitely re-hire & refer R&L for future projects! Thanks so much for a beautiful fence!"

He even came back after the dirt dried to finish smoothing it out, so it would lay right. Super happy with the fair price, hard work, and attention to detail! "Let me start with Donnie and his employees (when they show up) do a very good job. The work is high quality. The bidding process is not standard. The prices fluctuate as things become noticeable throughout the job, which is understandable. Donnie could improve upon this by investing in a bidding software such as Stackct or Capterra. Our project did run a bit longer than normal due to unforseen circumstances, weather, and due to lack of help on the job. Overall we are very pleased with the work performed. I am giving Donnie an A on my review because I want him to do well with his business, but I hope he will improve on his punctuality and work on a better bidding process that clearly indicates what you are paying for up front. He is not a scam artist or crook like others mentioned in previous reviews. He is a single dad just trying to make a living."
