"Grumpy's Drains was the only company who could get us on their schedule within a week. A half hour before our appointment time, Keith called to let me know he was on his way and then showed up exactly on time. My husband had tried to snake the drains multiple times with no success. Keith was able to clean the clog out of the tub in less than 10 minutes (water balloon and hair clog). He then went to work on the pedestal sink. That was a much more difficult clog while working in a tight space. Keith was cheerful, funny and kind the entire time. The first clog cost a flat $178 and the additional drain was $88. It was money well spent and I would absolutely call on this company again in the future."

"Steve showed up before the expected time frame which was good because we were leaking water at a 4.5 gallon a minute rate. He juggled his schedule to make sure he could address the repair immediately. His pricing was very competitive with everyone I called beforehand. He was professional. He allowed me to ask questions and explained the parts / work to me. The fix went exactly as expected except having to dig more than expected to find the leak because the leak location service (different company) was incorrect in pinpointing the location.
