"Like all the rest, I made an agreement with Zach on 03/24/25. Gave him my money, which he quickly deposited, no communication as to how and when he would be out. I have been very aggressive with the phone calls and his voice mail is full. I was told by his wife to call her. I did, then he kind of gave me what for for doing that. my driveway looks like CRAP and he stated that he will be out to weather coat the driveway. Never a date, time, just that its next week. always an excuse as to why he cant come out. The driveway has all kind of marks from the roller and the areas around the exterior looks like crap. parts of what has been processed already has weeds growing through the driveway. DO NOT use this company! VERY Poor quality, VERY Poor communication."

Reputable contractors seldom offer their services door to door. This is a sign of a gypsy company or a company desperate for business. Reputable contractors will provide a written estimate that will be valid for weeks. If the great deal they are offering you today is not available tomorrow or next week it may be a scam. Insist upon a written contract specifying in detail, the work to be performed, the agreed upon price, and warranty. Reputable contractors do not require cash-only terms. If the quoted price seems very low, chances are the quality of the work will also be quite low. Use caution and research the company. "We are very pleased with everything about Frieje Paving. They were the first to contact us about a quote and were able to come quickly within our narrow time frame. We got an on the spot quote that was less than half of the one we’d gotten from a local company just a few miles from our home, and a month earlier for installation. Frieje is over an hour away from us. We looked at some of their recent work and liked it. When we contracted with them the work day was scheduled for only two weeks out. The scheduled Thursday was a rain out and instead of having to wait weeks, they rescheduled for Monday. The crew was on time and very respectful of our property. They were very pleasant and professional throughout. The work was done in less time than we expected and the result is beautiful. Communications with the company was great and timely, and every person we dealt with was friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Frieje Paving. "

"Had them quote me to line my chimney. They provided a quote for the chimney lining, tuck point, and water proofing. Had them complete the work, all was well. The first good wind we had, the chimney cap blew off. It looks like it just wasn?t tightened enough. I reached out to inquire if they?d come back out to place the chimney cap and tighten, and he said they would. Haven?t been able to get ahold of them since to get it scheduled. Other than that issue, I?d love to give 5 stars."

"First it was all good but then the lillies came back up in the new grass. When I contacted them they said it would cost another $350 after I already spent over $2000 for what was suppose to be then care of. Talked to Steve after 2 weeks of waiting to hear back from him and basically it was sorry but too bad. I am 70 yr old so I'm digging them out myself and will fill in the dirt and seed again. Just hard to find good customer service even when you look on line for good ratings. Apparently they don't stand by their work."
