"This review is based on my experience with Miracle Method of Indianapolis. I have used this process before in another home and found it to be the best option as I do not like grout. This last project was exhausting and after numerous attempts to get it resolved I contact CDH. They were more than willing to help me and took a lot of time on the phone to help me. In the end I had to finish with Miracle Method as they already had 100% of the funds. I will also state that I incurred additional fees in plumber trip and new fixtures that were damaged as to a bad tape job. I wish I would have called CDL first. Please beware of Miracle Method."

"It went really well. They were there when they said they were going to be. They left an accurate time line for how long the job is going to take and completed it within that estimated amount of time. They basically listened to everything I said that I wanted and it came out perfectly and as we expected. We're really happy with them taking what we anted and what we said we wanted and actually making it happen. Our Sales person, Ben Brown, did a really good job leasing between the workers. "We needed our home updated in preparation to sell after having the same renters in it for 13 years. (Not a great situation for upkeep.) Before deciding on Custom Home Medic, we received one other estimate from a contractor recommended by our realtor which was the same cost but did not include any upgrades, only repairs. It was very general whereas Custom Home Medic was very specific & transparent in itemizing costs. We replaced bathroom flooring (4 baths), replaced kitchen countertop (tile) with granite, & added a backsplash. All interior doors and hardware were changed as well as upgraded light fixtures, MB windows replaced, new basement carpeting, paint throughout including baseboards & many misc repairs. We were well-informed about the progress and about minor cost adjustments which were all made within budget. All work was completed within the time frame expected and our house sold the first day on the market for more than our asking price. Even our realtor was extremely impressed with the end result and transformation of our home, having been our realtor when we first purchased it. I highly recommend Custom Home Medic."

"We picked Centennial for a number reasons, but the biggest reason was that we needed someone that would help us work with our HOA and the permit office in the city. Someone that was not only competent in the construction process but also could communicate logically to these two entities. After almost 3 months we got the go ahead to start the project. This was a 19 x 12 three-season room on an already existing raised 32 x 12 deck. The finish product was better than we expected. It’s gorgeous and we will be using it for a long time. I got the idea to start this project by seeing a few others going up in the neighborhood. Unlike those projects, which included a dumpster and a porta-potty in the driveway for months, this was not needed with Centennial. Outside of some sub-contractors such as painting, flooring, roofing and electrical, the Centennial team did everything else. Unlike other contractors, they were there every day, the hammering (noise) didn’t start until 9:00 am and they were gone by 5:00 pm, after completely cleaning up the area. Professional is the word I have to use. Brent Ash understands not only the project but also what’s important to his client, and Dave, his site manager is only a phone call or text away. His team members are knowledgeable, hard working and very considerate of the homeowner. The project started the last week of January and had a few interruptions for permit approvals, but was finished by the second week of March. Some of those days were extremely cold, yet except for the permit holds, they were there every day. All the materials used were of high quality. We give Centennial the highest rating for their quality of work and their professionalism."

"It was great, and we are so happy with our new addition! It took about a year from hiring them to completion, longer than I hoped but it was worth the wait. There were a few minor bumps along the way, but the crew resolved each issue promptly. The crew leader Saul was so helpful and knowledgeable, answering our many questions and making sure the final product was exactly what we wanted. The bedroom, bathroom and closet are all fantastic and we appreciate the care and attention to detail that went into the work."

"They repaired water damage in a bedroom and a bathroom. Did a fabulous job in doing a through and complete repair of the two rooms. John the project manager walked my wife I through planning, selecting materials, fixtures and all the countless things we never thought of. The final result is stunning. Beautiful craftsmanship and work. On final walk through I pointed out a couple minor things I noticed that needed attention. Very nitpicking of me. Those couple of items were addressed quickly and better than I expected or asked for. I recommend working with D R J Construction for quality and stunning workmanship."
