"The finished product was very good. And, overall, I am very pleased with the work. However, there were several instances when the work was not begun when their scheduler indicated it would begin. Initially, I was contacted by the scheduler on a Friday and was told that their crew would come to my home that afternoon in order to power wash the house. In order to facilitate this, I left work in order to make sure the area immediately surrounding the house was clear of patio furniture, etc. The crew never showed until Sunday. During the power washing of the house, one of the window screens on the second floor was damaged. I left a message for Mr. Hostetter to let him know about this. I never received a response. After the house was painted, the person who was responsible to perform a repair on some damaged wood and the painting on that part of the house came to the home. I advised him of the damaged screen during the final inspection. While it was apparent that he really did not want to repair the screen, he did take it with him and promised to return it in about a week. That was in August. I have followed up with the company by email twice since that time and have not had a response."

Corey Casper, who managed the project, explained it clearly and spelled out the options. When it came time for the job, it was done quickly and with high quality. They did a great job matching the gutter color to our existing paint, and we're very happy with the quality of both the woodwork and the replacement gutters. The price was fair for the work done. Overall, we were very happy with Eads Roofing's work, and we'd hire them again."

"Very well! Dave communicated constantly with us prior to and during the job. Dave’s Crew is the best! They showed up early and worked until early evening to finish in one day. They cleaned up so well you’d never know they had been here. Dave was onsite many times throughout the day to check on progress and upon completion, walked around the entire house with us to inspect it and make sure we were satisfied. We needed some screens repaired and Dave coordinated their repair. We also had a damaged piece of trim that Dave repaired. In order to repair it, he needed to color match the paint so off to the paint store he went. In addition, since he had the paint handy, Dave touched up our mailbox post! Definitely over and above. We had a concern about a gutter and rain water drainage after the roof replacement. Dave was here in less than 24 hours to look at it and eventually had the gutter adjusted for us. Excellent follow up. Highly recommend Preferred Roofing."
