"Very well! Dave communicated constantly with us prior to and during the job. Dave’s Crew is the best! They showed up early and worked until early evening to finish in one day. They cleaned up so well you’d never know they had been here. Dave was onsite many times throughout the day to check on progress and upon completion, walked around the entire house with us to inspect it and make sure we were satisfied. We needed some screens repaired and Dave coordinated their repair. We also had a damaged piece of trim that Dave repaired. In order to repair it, he needed to color match the paint so off to the paint store he went. In addition, since he had the paint handy, Dave touched up our mailbox post! Definitely over and above. We had a concern about a gutter and rain water drainage after the roof replacement. Dave was here in less than 24 hours to look at it and eventually had the gutter adjusted for us. "Dave was very good at assessing, checking for needed supplies, scheduling repairs. Guys were late but able to get it done before I had to go to work. However, tho it appeared complete, a few weeks later the replacement piece came out. It was unsecured and they did not do the underneath work we agreed to. Dave was responsive about correcting it (first guy was let go) but this time repair guy did not show up until after I left for work and did the work while I wasn't there. I like being home for any work on my house. Don't know whether I'd rehire, would depend on specific project / work crew"
