"I truly appreciated Indy Pool Covers honestly and promptness in getting my cover fixed. At first, I requested a repair. Matt came out and didn't not charge me for a service charge since the cover was in bad shape and needed repair. Shortly after it broke (while waiting on the new cover to arrive). They knew I was in a "pickle" and needed to get the pool open soon due to other issues also going on. They were able to get my new cover installed and working in a very short period of time. I was expecting for the project to take a while from when I contacted Aventus to when it was done but, given the smaller scope of the work, we were done in no time. Having remodeled a bathroom before with a different company this was very unexpected but very appreciated. Fortino and Brandon were the ones completing the work and were very good about stopping at various stages to show me the work that had been completed thus far. Part of the remodel was to fix a leak and they made sure to show me how they were fixing the damage so I was comfortable with what was being done. They even made additional suggestions unrelated to the project to help control water coming from the shower which I appreciated. The completed project looked great! We would definitely have them again for another remodel if one were to come up."

Beautiful craftsmanship and work. On final walk through I pointed out a couple minor things I noticed that needed attention. Very nitpicking of me.
