"I first used Steve last week to repair my ceiling fan. Not only was he timely in returning my call, but he was even able to come out that same day to do the job. He was super efficient and pleasant during the whole repair of the fan. I made sure to keep Steve's contact information just in case anything else came up, and sure enough my closet rod inside my walk in closet needed some reinforcing to withstand the weight of my clothes.
