"Excellent. Doc took the Moen shower control valve apart and found that there was a clog in the hot water valve (cold was fine). He went out to get the part, was back in 15 minutes, and replaced the defective valve with the new one. The next day I found that our hot water heater wasn't working. Doc answered my call (at 6:15 am) and arranged to come to our home on a Sunday to troubleshoot. It turned out that we had an electrical issue, but he helped us get power to the hot water tank so we have hot water and could arrange for an electrician to resolve the separate issue. He made this call at no charge, and was extremely considerate as we had just returned from a funeral and I was, quite honestly, not coping with my home repair issues very well. He is lovely and was so thoughtful, I really appreciate his kindness."

"I can only say great things about JA Drywall. We had quite a complicated chimney repair. From the beginning of the process, this company stood out from all the others. Most companies did not return my calls. One did respond but never showed up to start work. The JA Drywall owner came to our initial appointment on time, evaluated the job and gave us a reasonable and fair estimate. The work crew then came on time and worked really hard for two days to repair the chimney. At each stage they kept us informed of progress. They did a wonderful job, kept the site clean and tidied up once job completed. On top of their excellent work, they are a team of friendly and courteous workers, who also took care of a few other things that needed attention. "Dennie's Resurfacing was fantastic!  Our bathtub was original to the house and it had a few knicks in it, and Dennie's made it a bright white that looks brand new.  It took about 4 hours to complete and the gentleman performing the resurfacing was very professional.  I would definitely recommend them to others and use them again."

"We met with 3 different roofing companies to get estimates on repairing damage to our roof, skylights and gutter guards following a hail storm in May of 2014. Two of the 3 roofing companies I found on Angie's List - and they were by far more professional than the company not listed on Angie's List. We ended up going with Impriano for a couple reasons:

1.) Jack Impriano, who came to do our estimate, was very professional and thorough in assessing the damage. He took pictures of the damage - and even caught damage that our insurance contact missed. He explained the process and the costs and took the time to make sure we understood everything.

2.) The work was well done - and completed in two days. The team doing the work was professional and did a great job cleaning up the mess that comes with a re-roof (nail pick-up included).

3.) While their cost to make all the repairs was slightly higher than the other estimates we received - each line item was split out and described in detail - so I knew exactly what I was paying for. I appreciated the detail in the estimate, as did our insurance company.

I would absolutely use Impriano again and have already recommended them to friends. We take great pride in the appearance of our home, and the good-looking, new roof really adds to the value of it.
