"Will was amazing. He was professional, and quick and got my pool up and running for ~3 days. I was looking for professional service for a long time and a lot of professionals told me it would be impossible to get it up and running but Will was very positive and made it happen. 10/10 would recommend his repair services."

"They did a great job figuring out how to install the pot rack securely into my ceiling. There were some obstacles to getting it installed but the crew was able to problem solve the issue and get it installed. Highly recommend!"

"L&M Landscaping did a wonderful job in helping to make our new pool area a truly awesome retreat. Luis and Matt were extremely prompt in responding to our request for a quote and provided a very reasonable, same day bid. They were able to squeeze us in on their schedule and started the project within a week. Working around our pool contractor, the work was completed in four days with only a few minor setbacks that were remedied quickly. All-in-all we had a very positive experience when considering cost, customer relations, timeliness and workmanship. Following the completion of the project we also engaged L&M for our regular yard maintenance and thus far have been very happy with their service."

"Acra's designer, Gabby, went out of her way to obtain an unusual backsplash material for me and it turned out to be stunning. She has a great eye for both design and practicality.  Bob, my project manager, responded quickly to phone calls and questions.  The rip out of the old counters got messier than I thought it would but the original granite tile had been set into about 3/4" of concrete.  Concrete particles got pretty widely disbursed so there was quite a bit of clean up inside my lower cabinets.  The subs Acra engaged were very professional.  From rip out to finished was only 3 days. Acra is not the cheapest  licensed contractor for this kind of work in Green Valley but you get the quality you pay for.

FAQs for pool enclosure repair projects in Tucson, AZ

An individual pool screen repair makes sense when someone accidentally tore the fabric of a single screen or a certain section has mold or mildew. If you need to repair a large number of your pool screens, however, it could be a more cost-effective solution to consider completely rescreening the whole pool enclosure all at once.

A pool lanai is similar to a pool enclosure, except it is considered an extension of a house. It sits under an existing truss roof rather than a separate shelter. Homeowners often outfit pool lanais with furniture, home décor, and other additions like audio-visual systems. A small lanai costs as little as $1,000 for materials and labor. Most lanais stay under $3,000 on the high end, but intricate layouts or large extensions can cost more in labor and materials.

Pool screens have varying lifespans based on their construction. Fiberglass screens last from 10 to 15 years, aluminum screens last from 15 to 20 years, polyester screens perform reliably for 20 to 30 years, and stainless steel screens offer durability for 30 years or more. Regular inspections and proper installation ensure these screens perform to their full lifespan.

You should regularly clean your pool screens to ensure they are effective and long-lasting. In a bucket, combine warm water with dish soap or cleaning vinegar. Then lightly scrub the screen with a soft-bristle brush or large sponge using your bucket mixture. After scrubbing, you can rinse the screens with a garden hose and let the screens dry in the sun. If you would prefer, you can hire a local window cleaning service to maintain your pool screens.
