"Outstanding, I have found my go to repair man, honest, reliable and fair pricing. Would recommend Kevin to everyone I know, great job, super happy!!!!"

"The plumber arrived within the time slot I was given. He was courteous and professional. He answered all my questions and explained the process. After the job was done, he cleaned the area where he was working. After he left, the owner of the company called to check how the job went. I highly recommend SPC Construction!"

"Davide was outstanding in every regard. He politely advised me that he'd be running a few minutes late, was prepared to do the work when he arrived and took time talking to me about exactly how I wanted the towel rack to look and what my options were. He hung it perfectly, even installing a washer so it wouldn't wobble on the wall. He took the door hinges off and spent quite a bit of time trying to repair them so that the door would close properly. After much effort, he advised me that at least one of the hinges was in disrepair and needed to be replaced. He explained what my husband needed to purchase and how to ensure a proper fit on the door. I am extremely pleased with his work and his pleasant demeanor. I would not hesitate to hire him again, and I highly recommend him to those that need handyman work performed."

"We had an apartment that required a new fresh coat of paint and several miscellaneous repairs like wall patching and bathroom tile recaulking. They did a wonderful job. Quick, efficient and reliable guys."

"Jean resurfaced my limestone counter tops and desk area and did a great job. He was very nice, punctual and enthusiastic! The counters look really beautiful, better than new. I would absolutely hire him again."

"Great professional repair. Fair price and fast service! A+++"

"Overall Dan was very professional, responsive and punctual. It is amazing when you have a vendor show up at the time promised! He was always at least 10 minutes before the promised time. Dan and Tony were able to complete the long lists of items within a few days. I appreciate all of your hard work and dedication. The guys even came to my place on a Sunday to put in a half day to meet my deadlines. Be sure to be clear when giving direction - we had a couple mistakes that had to be fixed along the way due to paint selection in the wrong areas within the property. Dan and Tony fixed the issues once addressed with no complaints. Dan went above and beyond to help me with issues that arose during the project (i.e. exchanging a damaged bathroom vanity and minor retro fitting to old plumbing). Thank you again Dan for everything! I will definitely recommend you to my friends and family in the South Florida area.

"It went extremely well! We live in a top floor apartment and the leak affected multiple units below us. We requested that this be repaired asap and this was done after normal business hours. Moses, the on call plumber, arrived promptly and attended to and fixed the problem. He was personable and professional and performed the repairs in an exemplary manner. I should also add that Moses gave us a "goodie bag" before he left consisting of some pens, a notepad and a calendar. Nice touch and much appreciated. All in all, this was a wonderful experience and I would have no hesitation about using their services again."
