"Mr. Eisele responded promptly to our request for an estimate.  He showed up on time to do the estimate, and then sent us his estimate quickly.  We really liked him; he seemed the most professional of the three companies we contacted.  However, his estimate was over $1000 higher than the other two estimates we received; he also said he wouldn't schedule the work until after he received a down payment and he would probably be able to do it 6 or 8 weeks after that.  Needless to sat, we chose a company whose bid was considerably lower and that could do the work much sooner.  Nevertheless, we really liked Mr. Eisele and would consider him for future projects.
