"This is the second time that we have used NGL. First time was for our patio. They did an amazing job again. We removed a diseased hedge that was on two sides of our house. NGL was hired to expand our backyard including a privacy fence. They installed a beautiful retaining wall with fencing to match the rest of our yard. We have already received numerous positive comments about the new wall and fence. We are thrilled. They also installed a sprinkler system and new sod. Throughout the process they ensured our needs were met and made many helpful suggestions just as they had with the patio. Their work is exceptional and their skill is outstanding. "I called Tad from American Rose Garden last spring to discuss options to bring our lawn back to life as it was not looking the best! Tad arrived on time and was very easy to talk to. He was polite, personable and knowledgeable. He informed us of the pros and cons to option 1) re-seeding the entire lawn and option 2) laying sod. He kindly costed both methods out for us to help in our decision. After some consideration, we decided to have new sod laid and have the instant gratification of a nice lush green lawn. At the same time, we also had Tad and his team clean up the front and back yards, lay down fresh mulch and put in a few new shrubs. Tad’s team were polite and hard-working and they transformed our yard beyond recognition. Tad was rightly concerned with how our new lawn was going to get sufficient and regular watering, particularly with summer around the corner. He recommended getting an automatic timer and advised me about the type of sprinkler to buy and where to place it to ensure that all areas of the lawn would be watered. Tad later came back to install our new timer and help get our watering system set up correctly. Even though this took up most of his morning and involved a trip to the hardware store, he refused payment for this return visit. I was so impressed with this company from start to finish. Tad and his team were wonderful and I would not hesitate to recommend American Rose Garden to anyone looking to rejuvenate their landscaping."

They built a beautiful brick retaining wall and installed pavers for a new gardening area that included a column for a coach light — the craftsmanship & attention to detail are excellent. They also repaired and enhanced our front entry by adding brickwork to the front step and sidewalk (on the side of the house), which not only covered existing cracks in the exposed aggregate but also gave the entire entryway a refreshed, high-end look. In addition, their team installed a new drainage line near our sport court, complete with a small retaining wall, a drop basin for water runoff, and drain rock at the end of the court. "Sta-Built Construction can do it all! We wanted to make our back yard more livable with a solid foundation for a hot tub and gazebo. We were hoping to make better use of wasted space below our dining room window where nothing but weeds grew well. Brian was the estimator who sketched out a design that not only created a lovely outdoor space, but also incorporated the existing foundation wall into a new retaining wall. The plan also included a paver patio, seat wall, fire pit, and lights. The crew was friendly, polite and hardworking, even in the midst of a record breaking heat wave. They demolished the old concrete patio, built a landing from the existing steps, and moved sprinkler lines. They paid attention to details, taking frequent measurements to ensure accuracy of the construction. Ben was the project manager, checking often on the crewâ s progress and occasionally offering a helping hand where needed. He was very approachable and quick to respond to our questions. Sta-Built is a professionally run company with creative minds and skilled workers. We were kept apprised of the scheduling date through the Sta-Built App, which we found helpful for tracking the project stages and making payments. The bid for the amount of the work done was competitive with other companies. We trusted Sta-Built to do the job right, and they came through with flying colors. We love our new outdoor space and wouldnâ t hesitate to hire them again for a future project."

"French drain installation along a retaining wall (75 yards). Thomas who handled the sales end of things was friendly and responsive. The crew showed up on time. They were hard working and receptive of customer feedback. They first removed the ivy that was obstructing the work area and then completed the trench on day 1 which uncovered some of the unwelcome water sources. A legacy footing drain was plumbed directly into the main french drain pipe. Perpherated pipe was dropped in on Day 2 followed by river rock, catch basins, and 3 ft dry well installation. Cleanup was done thoroughly. I would hire them again in a heartbeat."

"We decided our landscaping needing a total refresh and we hired Grassland-Synthetic Turf to build three large stone raised planter beds. Clay was my main point of contact and he was wonderful. After making the initial request for a quote, Clay came out quickly to give me an on-site estimate. In addition to providing a quote for the planter beds, he also gave me a bid for replacing our lawn with turf. Although I would have LOVED to get turf as well, it just wasn't in our budget at the moment. Clay was able to get us scheduled for the planter bed installation two weeks after I received the initial quote. He also came to do a walk-through ahead of time because I wasn't going to be home on the first day of the install. I felt confident that he knew exactly how I wanted the project to be completed. Communication with Clay and the crew was great. If they had any questions or suggestions, they would call or email (depending on how time-sensitive the question was) and get things squared away quickly. The crew worked extremely hard and did fantastic work. The total install took 3 days and I couldn't be happier with the finished product. The crew also cleaned up everything when they left...our yard was definitely cleaner than before they started! Several of my neighbors have told me how much they like the planter beds. We just got the plants put in today and everything looks great!! I'm so happy with how this project turned out and I'm so glad I hired Grassland to make it happen! And maybe someday I'll get that turf..."

"Domenic was great to work with! Very professional and a very pleasing personality. I hired him to patch a flagstone patio that had a bid hole because a built-in fireplace was removed. He did a great job of matching the stone and pattern. I like his work so much that I hired him for another project to build a new stone step for my front doorway to replace a rotted wood one. Again he did a wonderful job 😊"

"AQ Pavers did an outstanding job. I have two old cracked brick fences, a column in pieces, and two columns that are about to fall down. I interviewed three experienced brick layers and none of them would touch the job. They said that they couldn't possibly rehabilitate the old brick to rebuild the column nor could they patch the fences. They said that the job was just too difficult. Then I called AQ Pavers. Ana, the owner, came to my house, looked at all of the cracks and crumbled bricks and said that we can do it. No doubts, no complaining. Her estimate was reasonable and in a week Martin, the brick mason, came to my house promptly on time and fixed everything that I wanted fixed. He is a master of his trade and unusual among brick masons because he can rebuild old and broken brick fences and piers that are considered unrepairable by other brick masons in the area. He made everything he did look easy. The end results were great. My brickwork now looks wonderful."
