"I couldn't be happier with the finished product and I am a tough customer!  I had planned to have my driveway re-poured with new concrete and called a few companies to provide bids to add pavers on a side portion adjacent to the driveway.  I was hoping to add the pavers to improve my drainage so my existing sump pump wouldn't be overloaded by rain during the winter and continue to flood my garage.  Ray was very knowledgeable and asked why I was choosing to add concrete instead of pavers for the main driveway.  I didn't think I could afford to pave the entire thing and I don't live in a fancy place so didn't care about the aesthetics.  He said he would give me a bid for the whole job and one for just for the portion I was asking.  When I looked at the numbers it wasn't very much more expensive to do the pavers and it looks amazing!  I even decided to do my back patio just to have everything done.  He didn't pressure me and just provided the facts to allow me to make the decision that was best for my job.  He even helped me brainstorm on ways to improve my drainage based on his past experience.  The job was completed in March and his crew took care to work around the heavy rain days so no debris would flow into my existing sump pump.  Plus no wet garage since the work was done.  I rarely write reviews...something has to be really good or really bad.  Although the price wasn't cheap it was very competitive with other companies and the quality was top notch.  Thanks Ray and the NW Patio Design Crew!"
