"It is on the verge of 2026 and I am still finding examples of the terrible work we received from PRC back in 2019! I have constant reminders of the regret that I have from hiring this company. The latest is an exposed outlet that we were never told about and that I recently discovered because I had to remove a cabinet drawer. Please see the the attached photo and I recommend reading my entire review. Proceed with caution, if you decide to use PRC. I will never understand why they could not provide us the same level of quality that others mentioned in their reviews. After contacting them through their website, I was contacted the next day to set an appointment for an estimate. They worked with my schedule and I met with Brian within 5 days. I explained to Brian my problem and they developed a plan to solve it . I had an proposal in 3 days. After I sent my down payment and they put me on their schedule, Shannon their office manager contacted me every Friday to keep me updated that they were still coming on that date. Jeff their engineer, came to my house a week before work was to start to go over the work to be performed and answer my questions. Their work crew was very friendly and professional.
