"I contacted Mike online through Angi, and he responded by phone almost immediately. I had a small patch where a shingle had blown off of my 20 year old roof. He came out the next day, inspected the roof and gutters, and explained what needed to be done. He assured me the roof itself is sturdy and in good condition, but some of the asphalt shingles were pulling away from the roof, making it ripe for more damage. He suggested that they re-nail/seal the shingles wherever it was needed, completely seal the seams around chimney, vents, fans, etc., and clean out the gutters (some of which had vegetation growing). We agreed on a reasonable price, which included a one year warranty. He came the next morning with a sizable crew who completed the agreed upon work on the house and garage in about an hour. "Hired Last Stop Roofing to complete a roof job started but not completed by home owners. All materials provided. Last Stop Roofing provided the labor and expertise to complete the job. Job entailed replacing rotted plywood under shingles, repairing rotted truss ends and replacing rotted facia boards in addition to putting down materials and shingles to complete the job. "Tom was extremely responsive and helpful from the very first phone call.  He spent nearly 45 minutes with me on the phone talking me through the project and the multiple questions I had.  I sent him pictures of the job that evening and the next morning he had an initial quote for me.  By far the most thorough and responsive of the providers I got quotes from.  
About a week later I decided to go with Tom and he came out to my house to walk through the job with me.  I had some difficult elements that made the project a little more of a challenge.  The biggest being that I was getting water in my basement and would need to have a waterproofing company come in and seal the wall after the demolition.  Tom was more than accommodating to that request and made several other adjustments to the project to move water away from the house.  Tom is clearly a perfectionist when it comes to water, grading, and drainage.  He spent a lot of time talking to me about potential solutions and ways he could help.  Other problems included an asphalt/concrete mixed driveway and gate posts imbedded in the existing concrete.  Tom handled all of those issues without any problems.  We agreed upon the final cost and a date to begin the project. 
Tom's quote was not the lowest, in fact it was the highest, but Tom is the only company that walked through all of the potential issues and came with solutions.  His helpfulness and expertise was a huge help and it was all provided before I made the final decision.  It was that level of service that put him over the edge.  
The work was scheduled to be completed in late April but then the rain came.  We lost about a week to the rain.  At this point I was getting nervous because I had already booked a water-proofing company to come in and seal the foundation wall.  Tom agreed to come out and his crew worked in the rain to clear the driveway against the house to allow the water-proofing team to come in and do their work.  
After that the demolition continued as much as it could between rain storms.  It took about 2 weeks to finally have the demolition fully done.  From the there the blocking, grading began.  Tom called me nearly everyday with updates and explanations and on a couple of occasions physically walked me around the property explaining all of the work. 
Finally with the rain behind us concrete could be poured.  I happened to be home the first pour day.  Tom's crew is professional and dedicated.  They spent hours smoothing and finishing the first pour and it looked great.  Of course the rains came back so it was another week before we could do the final two pours.  
Tom once again worked with me to explain everything that had been done.  He even walked my neighbors through everything as they also had a lot of questions.  The village inspector came and said Tom had "gone above and beyond" what needed to be done and noted the high level of excellence.  
While the project took much longer than anticipated due to the weather, Tom and his crew never rushed anything and took time to do things right.  
The finished project looks amazing and I couldn't be happier.  
Tom will be my first call for any future projects big or small, because I know he'll tell me exactly what I need to do and the best way to do it.

Replaced with roof decking Replaced bathroom vent and piping Added ice shield to prevent ice damns Replaces damaged rotted plywood reshingled with Certantee 50 rated shingles Infinity was incredibly fast and accurate with their services. "Everything went very well. Heidi was incredibly responsive from the first call and throughout the process. Everyone, from the owner to every workman, was courteous and very professional. We did have weather issues (heat and storms) that understandably delayed the initial start date. When the new start date conflicted with our vacation, there was no hassle about our postponing the start date until we returned. This was a fairly big job and took the crew about a week to complete. Each day they started exactly when they told me they would be there and each evening, they made sure that everything was picked up and stowed neatly. When the job was done, the cleanup was thorough. I have yet to find a nail or other debris anywhere! The roof, soffit repairs, and new gutters look great. I highly recommend A&D and would definitely use them again without hesitation."

"it went well, but he  analyzed the problems and educated me on the issues and gave me an estimate for a new roof and repair.   there were no tiles etc that needed repair with this visit.   Kinda felt like I paid my $99 for a free roof estimate.   but ate least I know more about whats wrong.
