"David and his assistant fixed 3 holes in a second story deck then applied a metal lath and troweled on a layer of deckcretethe first day. 2nd day applied a fiberglass mat and saturated with laminating resins. David then shot a layer of knockdown texture to the deck and finally applied a resin sealer finish coat over the deck. The deck need 24 hours drying and 3 day wait before placing items on the deck. The whole project went nicely and the new deck looks great and should need a sealing in 5 years."

We decided to replace all of the rain gutters for consistent appearance. Additionally, Gary Kasabian, the owner, was an essential participant in selecting the final paint colors, ensuring that each color was complementary to the others and provided eye interest without being distracting. He also provided expert advise regarding craftsmen to build the new block/stucco wall along the front of the house and to take down and replace the rain gutters. He was on site daily and sometimes several times a day. He was always available by text or phone.
