"I 90% like them. They were very good all the way through the process. However, finding after a year of having the panels that I haven't produced enough electricity and the electric company is billing me a large sum of money for the difference. They are looking into it now but I don't know what the outcome is going to be. Other than that, they are a great company. I paid $30,000 for the panels and I get the tax credit this year. I never checked any other companies because I have trees out front on the south side and no other company would even put panels on my roof. This is the only company that told me they had a way of doing it, and they put the panels on the back of my roof, but still facing the south side. Since there is no other company that would do it, I have no comparison for the price. The quality of their work was great. They were all very good to work with. They should not have given me the expectations that they did. They said that their panels would take care of all the electric that I was using so outside I would be able to use my electric heat as well. It would produce enough and it obviously hasn't. They made a mistake on that. For the most part, I think that they didn't have my tree problem so it's a great company."

"Sol Fusion did exceptional work. I couldn't be happier. from our first appointment, I was presented with all the information. All my questions were answered. the person that came over went above and beyond to educate me on how the panels work, what happens when my system over produces, and how the credits work. I was able to make a decision right away that I wanted to go Solar and I knew that Sol Fusion was the company to take me there. The entire project management team was incredibility on point. Every time i called my calls were answered promptly. Emails were responded to quickly. I was on a month long trip during the installation and they still kept me updated via emails. Sol Fusion handled the interface with my HOA and my utility company. They provided me with my own log in to TeamWork which is a project management software. I was able to track my project and see updates. When it came time to do the installation they were on time, professional, quick and cleaned up everything. The panels look sleek and sexy on my roof. They also installed a monitoring system and i can see the production of my system and even individual panels with an iPhone app. It feels great to not have the nagging feeling every time the electric bill showed. My last bill without solar was over $1,100. My first bill with solar was $202. Overall I can't praise them enough. Im so happy to finally not have to deal with the continuing rate increases of SDGE. I would recommend Sol Fusion to anyone that wants to go Solar.

"They guys that came out worked very clean and with very little noise....when they were finished installing they painted the piping along the roof as well as along the house the same colors, matched perfectly. then the electrician came out after the inspector gave his  approval, finished the clean up and completed the panel install, same thing,  he repaired and replaced any damaged stucco the same color as the house, perfectly....they all worked clean and were very professional very happy with the worked performed.

They did a tremendous job at a very good price. Their attention to detail and workmanship was remarkable. They had to run conduit up the back of my house.
