"Replacing a worn-out roof can be a daunting task. You want the job done right and for a reasonable cost. The first roofer claimed to have been in business for years in two states. The BBB reported them as a new company (Name Changed 2x+! Why? What were they hiding?). The second company admitted that it was new and under-bid the job. I could expect to get a low-quality job and/or have them ask for more upon completion. The third company bragged about being in business for 90+ years and bid twice what the insurance company estimated for the job! They were out of my league! Then Clyde Hance called. He has years of experience in both re-roofing and house-construction. He had many good suggestions for everything associated with a roof replacement and he has an experienced crew. They did a re-roofing that exceeded my goals for both quality-installation and completed-appearance. And, afterward the invoice had a very reasonable increase for some surprise roof deck rot / replacement of plywood. With Clyde Hance Construction we ended up with ROOFING DONE RIGHT!"

"I called for estimate Arron responded and was there next morning. He inspected roof on the outside and inside. He went in my attic and showed me his findings with flashlight. Arron inspected my chimmey and advised the best option to fix it and his crew fixed my siding that had come loose from 20 plus years of wind and deteriorating. Arron sat me down and explained EVERYTHING in the estimate down to the materials used and the type of premium shingles he uses that alot of homeowners are not familiar with.. Arron explained how the work would be done and when. I was scheduled for 2 to 3 weeks out, but Arron explained he may call to do it earlier, if weather stopped him from doing a larger job, he would fit me in. He did and Arron completed my roof from estimate to completion in 6 days. His crew completed my job in one day. Arrons crew arrived 7am and was gone before 5pm with not a clue they was even there, other than my new roof. All debris was gone. Arron arrived before 7am and set up his dump trailer and made sure parking and access was safe for his crew. Materials arrive before or with crew and I got out of the way. Arron had a 12 man or more crew that was rolling. Arrons crew fixed my siding on my chimmey while replacing flashing and recommended me getting a chimmey cap for my very large chimmey, but assured the flashing and roof will not leak, of I don't. I chose the upgraded shingles and the work is beautiful, but most importantly, no leaks. This was a important deal for me and my family. "THE COMPANY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL TO WORK WITH ON THIS PROJECT. ROOF STARTED ON 2-15-19. PROJECTED 1-3 DAYS TO COMPLETE. THE WEATHER WAS PROJECTING A 7 DAY RAIN EVENT TO START ON 2-16-19. I WAS ADVISED ANY WORK NOT COMPLETED WOULD BE COVERED. I HAD EARLY MORNING APPOINTMENT NOT ARRIVING HOME TILL 9 AM, TO FIND THE WHOLE FRONT OF MY HOME ALMOST DE-SHINGLED TO MY SURPRISE. TARPS WERE PLACED AROUND THE WHOLE EXTERIOR OF MY HOME, ALSO COVERING SHRUBS. THEY WORKED TILL 8 PM, FINISHING BY STREET LIGHTS. MY ROOF WAS COMPLETED IN 1 DAY......THE WORKERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS........THEY CANVASED AREA WITH MAGNETIC DEVICES TO PICK UP NAILS THEN USED VACUUM ON DRIVEWAY AND GARAGE FLOOR....
