"Joseph Donabella was the handyman that came and fixed my front door. I have not been able to use my deadbolt for years. Joe took the door off and refit it properly so I can now use my deadbolt again. My door knob lock was also sticking. After he checked it he said I needed to replace the door knob due to its age and suggested I go to a hardware store so I can get the new knob and get it rekeyed to my current key. He was very pleasant and professional. I would work with him again."

I don't mind paying a fair price, but in this case extensive photos and preliminary measurements were provided, and I invited him to come out and look at the job and he said he did not need to. If I hire him again it will be with the understanding he comes out and review the job in person and that we will be sticking with the original quote."
