The work included installing a new countertop, sink, faucet,, and light fixture in one bathroom and painting the bathroom; removing painted wallpaper from one large wall and smoothing and painting the wall; replacing one set of bifold closet doors and trimming off and adjusting multiple other sets so they would operate smoothly; and replacing large window panels and the door in our front entryway. "While there were no issues regarding the price or punctuality at first my concern and low scores are reflecting the warranty follow ups. The first problem occurred regarding the gates not closing properly due to settling and adjustments. After I gave a low scores due to no call back Mark Campbell contacted me after several calls and fixed the problem. Then I deleted the negative score. This August I noted that some fanciest started to lean, worrying me that the whole fence might tip over. After s several messages and calls, I did speak with Mark who promised to take a look and asked me to send him a picture. I did this on Sept 4! To this day, Oct 2, I did not have a call back from him ( after 5 calls and messages) or came out to at least look at the problem. To say that I am VERY disappointed is an understatement! In addition, their phone number 919-787-1880 has been disconnected!"
