"Richard Dais inspected our prospective home and did a very thorough job. He arrived on-time and made sure every inch inside and outside was checked. He was insistent with the present owners of the home that the basement area was to be maintained closed properly to ensure proper radon readings (part of his thoroughness - radon turned-out to be very high). He took time to explain his findings verbally at the home and in a complete report later. He also took time later to answer questions about the report and help with other questions regarding the home. In summary, he was thorough, was efficient, and went above-and-beyond the call of duty. He called us back very quickly and was able to explain clearly over the phone the difference between the lead inspection and risk assessment, so that we could make a decision on how we wanted to move forward. We were working under a short due-diligence time frame (purchasing a house), and he was able to come out very quickly.
