"STAY AWAY !! This is the fourth business Rene Fournet has owned or worked for since 2018. I purchased a home from his former company in the Summer of 2018. Rene Fournet hid many defects from the home inspector requiring us to spend over $100,000 in repairs within the first 30 days of moving in. The entire home flooded the VERY FIRST DAY we moved in ! Roof leaked during the very first heavy rain storm. PERMITS WERE NOT PULLED FOR ANY WORK PERFORMED ! Lighting fixtures that would do nothing, kitchen cabinets & doors that would not close, lack of a front door threshold, windows that would not shut, roof exhaust fan not screwed to base, MAJOR CRACK THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE LIVING ROOM CEILING. Rene offered us a six-month Home Warranty with no paperwork detailing what was covered. Rene would pick and choose what he would repair. Our advice is to stay far away from any company that Rene Fournet creates. Many if not all of the positive reviews here are from family members."

He was absolutely blown away by the quality workmanship of Daniel and his team! Everything was done right! It was such a delight having this team of workers in our home. They went about their work joyfully, but accurately. There was a constant cleanup on their part going on daily, which kept the dust to a minimum. Daniel was so easy to work with, unlike other contractors we had interviewed for our massive Reno. I am so pleased with my kitchen, walls removals, flooring, barn doors installed, fireplace with shiplap, new baseboards throughout, appliances moved to new walls, great painting, exterior door installed where there was a brick wall, and now what was once a dark 1970 home is flooded with light from all the modern can light installations! They assisted us with 1) room layout, making valuable suggestions to help us us maximize the space; 2) material selection, providing suggestions for beautiful, durable products for the job, and 3) material acquisition, providing us with suggestions to source some of the products we desired. The contractors they engaged were true craftsmen. They put up drapes to minimize dust and cleaned the workspace each evening. Because of the Tinney's and their contractors attention to detail, each component of our new kitchen‐the cabinets, flooring, backsplash, counters, plumbing, electrical and lighting is beautiful.
