After inspection amd testing of elextroic timer and testing the hardware with an old valve he had, he diagnosed it was the valve failure. He then explained to me in detail the problem and usual lifespan of these parts (which was about the age of the system). Then told me he would get a replacement and install it 2 days later. He returned the designated day and installed a replacement quickly. He finished by reseting the electronic controller to the original watering schedule.
