"I called first thing on a Monday morning to schedule a specific time and date for a repair and was told by the office that they would call Brian (the owner and technician) on his cell and he would call me back. He promptly returned my call and we worked out a service time and date that fit my schedule. His schedule was full for Monday but he offered to come on Tuesday. I wasn't available that day so we scheduled the service call for for a small window of time on Wednesday afternoon when I was home from work. About 15 minutes before he arrived on Wednesday, he called to say he was on his way. Brian quickly diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator and gave me a couple scenarios on what the fix might entail. It was either just the motor was bad or the motor and the motherboard had been compromised. Luckily, only the motor that ran the fan was blown and he had a replacement motor in his truck. Lucky for me because GE makes about 18 different motors for their refrigerators. He was able to replace the motor in less than 20 minutes. I was very pleased with the high level of professionalism. He explained what he was doing all along the way and gave me insight on different issues with refrigerators. I would definitely recommend Bri-Tech and will use him again if I ever need appliance repair. <br />"
