I had a fair quote the following day that included (separately at my request) pricing for just the drywall and insulation, and a price that included painting. In the weeks and days leading up to the job as I was selecting finishes and gathering materials he was available and communicative. Once the project started I heard from him every day even if he was not able to be on site himself while work was being completed. The trades that he hires out for specialty work are all polite and did amazing work in a reasonable time frame. The attention to detail by the guys that did the drywall repair was so reassuring - the texture match is unnoticeable from old drywall to new. The installation of some of the detail pieces, like baseboards, vanity backspash, towel bar, and other items was done well and I don't have a big list of to-do items to finish up the space!
