"Paul and his crew were very thoughtful and cleaned up at the end of every day. We share a fence with 3 neighbors and they made sure the paint did not get through to their side of the fence. If it did they had the touch up color for fixing. I wanted a 2 tone fence so there was a lot of cutting in on the 2x4 posts. They did an excellent job and would use Black Rock Handyman services for various projects I want around and inside my home. Thank Paul and crew."

"My pellet stove kept shutting off. William was able to diagnose the problem and repair it the same day. The exhaust was backed up with soot. He also cleaned the chimney, seems it had alot of creosote buildup I have had other contractors look at it with no diagnosis. One contractor said that it was too old and no parts were available. I would highly recommend KB Tech if you are having problems with your pellet stove. I will call him again if/when there is another problem. He was friendly and left no mess."

"I contacted Caesar at BCV Remodels to request an estimate for cleaning accumulated leaves from the flat roof of my townhouse. He was very cordial and prompt in responding. It’s hard for me to give an accurate rating for the work since I wasn’t provided photos, and I can’t see the result. Rather than providing an estimate for such a small job, the work was done. (My bad since I started looking for someone before the leaves stopped falling.). As far as I can tell, he did a good job. He also tried calling me when he was on the roof but I didn’t answer the call so I’m fine that the work was done rather than the estimate only. I recommend BCV and will use them again. I suggest asking for a photo of the completed job and of the bagged leaves."
