"Estimate was for prepping the house for sale- stain outside of garage, replace electrical outlets, repair bathroom wall.
"

"I felt completely safe leaving them in my home to complete the project when I wasn't home. This is extremely hard to find these days. They worked with my budget and helped me figure out how to cut costs if needed. They worked very fast but more importantly the work they did was exceptional. I wouldn't hire anyone else besides A&J. Very professional, half the costs as other contractors that gave me bids.

"Eliminated pests and offered great service and advice to prevent this in the future"

"Went amazing for what it was. A1 renovation came in and tore out our old deck and replaced it back updated our railing. We had some water damage from a past storm on our roof and they fix that too. They were very clean things, our project and timely manner. We’ve referred them to other friends and family as well."

"They sit down with me with my list of things I want to redo to my home they then came to my home do to an assesment for cost. Once there they discovered the cause of the problems due to neglect from previous owners, the took pictures of the problem areas to not just tell me but be able to show me that these were true problems. That was something I appreciated. They then sit with me to disscus the prices of the repairs as well as the cosmetic issuers I wanted addressed. They not only completed the jobs that were wanted they completed the problems to the home to help me save energy and stop the causes of problems with my home."

"Mr. Moreland and his team were on time, stayed late and met all our needs. As the project developed, he was able to incorporate my changing wants and needs. I appreciated his honesty and ideas. I am planning on doing a master bath remodel and opening up the first floor for a little more of an open floor plan shortly as soon as our money allows, thank you all."

"Initiall call returned in one day  and service was completed as promised.  crew of carpenters was excellent and fun to have working... certainly saved us  from a lot of labor that we were not quite willing to do ourselves.

UPDATE-6/6/15:

We used this company in the past for a roofing job that has since gone wrong, without appropriate follow-up or resolution from Bazell Maintenance & Remodeling. The door portion of the job in this review was originally very good, but as of now, you can hardly get the door open without yanking the knob off. I have yet to receive any resolution on this issue, either."

"I was very impressed with the work and overall service that I received, and the value for the worked that was performed."
