They replaced a window, toilet, electrical outlet, and repaired 2 closet racks, and they pressure washed the entire house. They work extremely efficiently, neatly, and professionally, and they are very polite and respectful. "The project went very well. I had just adopted a rescue Laborador , earlier than expected , and needed to created some enclosed outdoor space for my dog.Nader was so nice to deal with. He came to my townhouse to give me an estimate on enclosing my small side yard. He recommended to gates and 6 feet of fence. He was very upfront that he couldn't complete the project as rapidly due to the 4th of July holiday but was good on his word of coming up with an adequate time. He and his 2 assistants showed up on time and did a great job. There was no leftover mess. I would hire again"

"I wish this platform allowed me to post video or photos, because the work done by DGS on the home we purchased from them showcases work that is mind blowing lay bad and suggests cover ups. It was a flip sold by Melissa Murillo, wife to Jose Murillo, and partner in ownership of DGS. Our entire basement began flooding immediately. I had to demo an entire 700 sq ft room that appeared completely remodeled with new drywall and flooring. Behind it, dry rot that professionals at the Water Group confirmed are old and absolutely had to have been walked in by DGS. In addition, they walled in live circuits, which is an obvious fire hazard. In a text message, Melissa Murillo claimed that their project manager, Alejandro said they did not do the drywall. Funny thing about drywall, it contains manufactured, date stamps, and in this case, those date stamps show the drywall was manufactured nearly 2 months after DGS took control of the property. Wanna see everything, we made a video (hopefully the link works on this platform) [*** Link removed ***] We will be seeking damages as these are clearly latent defects as defined by Georgia law."
