"From start to finish First Fence was responsive & clear. They walked the property to discuss what we wanted. Made some suggestions for a better outcome, then sent an agreement with all of the details for us to sign. We paid a deposit in order to secure our time on their schedule, then paid the balance after the fence was installed. They also removed & discarded the old fence. All completed in one day. I really want to give 4.5 stars. A half star off for the length of time it took for them to come back and replace/adjust the gate, as the wood warped and it wouldn’t open. That took a month. All fixed now."

This company went the extra mile and did so with a smile in spite of challenges encountered during the installation of the backyard privacy fence. Lots of granite rock to dig through and engineering a solid, beautiful gate while working with existing chain link and 60 yr old concrete. The crew was very professional and respectful, nice hardworking young men. The fence is beautiful and they made sure all work materials and debris were fully removed. It was a pleasure working with Adam and I will be hiring again for installing a ranch fence for front yard. Adam takes pride in his craft and delivers a professional business plan."

"Weather impacted the time line but we knew from our first meeting that Mr. Arthur was the right contractor. He talked us through the process, gave us ideas to help design the deck we wanted and he and DeDe kept us informed throughout the entire process. We Are very satisfied with the work and get lots of compliments, even other contractors who have come for other jobs have complimented the workmanship of the fence and deck. They are great people who stand behind their work. I waited a bit to post my review to see if they would come like they said if there were any issues and when we had a minor issue, they came within that week and took care of the issue. "They were able to install it much quicker than they thought - instead of a 5 week lead time it was only 1! The fence was installed over two days - one day to allow the cement to set on the posts and the 2nd day to actually build the fence. Because of the narrow sides of my lot, the gate had to be custom built. My dog loves being able to be outside without a leash.
