We waited until after noon on Tuesday to make a decision on which company to go with after receiving 2 other estimates. Given the heat wave and having not received an estimate from Mark IV at that time, we decided to go with a company. I emailed asking if I could receive a refund on the Enhanced Service Plan due to the untimely estimate and the company we ended up going with requiring us to use their service for the first year for warranty purposes. I never received a reply or a refund."

"I would not recommend SWAT Environmental. They installed a radon system at my house and did a very poor job sealing the pipe out of the roof. It immediately started leaking. They came out and said they fixed the leak, but they gave me the run around for months to pay to repair the water damage. Finally, they paid for the water damage repairs. A few months later, their supposed leak repair failed and it leaked again, resulting in more water damage. I paid another company $930 to fix it right and I'll have to pay for more repairs. It was such a hassle to get them to pay for the first repair that I didn't even bother a second time."
