Jeff our project manager always took the time to answer all our questions and addressed any concerns we had immediately. Robbie and team that worked on our home did an amazing job- they worked long hours - cleaned everything up at the end of each day. Robbie was very meticulous and took pride in his work. "While insulating, foam sprayed through cracks into our bedroom and closets, destroying some bed linens and clothing. Their truck left before the insulation spaces were full, but they closed up the roof. It doesn?t meet building code. Our roof is featured on the Muto website, but not the scratches in the protective coating meant to ensure roof longevity. The scratches were made by a crew installing the ridge boards and chimney flashing. Their most experienced roofer said this was his first time installing metal chimney flashing. We called Muto 3 months ago and Jasen sent a drone over the house and said he?d ask the manufacturer and get back to us. We?ve sent two reminders, but we have heard nothing. We should have realized their inexperience at the outset when they couldn?t provide photos of completed metal roofs. We cannot recommend them for metal roofs or insulation."

"Very disappointed. We asked for triple pane windows, and someone on their end ordered double pane. Luckily we noticed day of installation, and they had to re-order the proper ones we signed for. Finally the group of installers who came did a horrible job. Trash, insulation, and broken glass on our front lawn. Horribly cut wood trim that we had to redo ourselves. Poor sealing that we need to redo. Our hopper window was misaligned and couldn't close. The hinge arm on our casement window has detached from the channel. Communication is spotty from them, and sometimes we don't get an answer by call or text until we message repeatedly. It took over a year to have our project done from contract signing to end, and there are still issues cropping up. Out of the dozen of contractors we've hired the past year and a half, they have been the most disappointing and for what we paid, the quality of work was truly disappointing."

"We started out dealing with one of the sales reps John Fossetti. Great experience. He told us about the company, about the products, had samples and a huge selection of siding to choose from. He was very open and answered all of our questions. After several consultations with many companies we knew Beantown was for us. We scheduled siding replacement for our entire house as well as new window replacement for all windows - 24 of them and a new slider. They were very professional and their crew was excellent. The windows had all new construction around them and we got ProVia windows that carry a lifetime warranty. They removed all of the old siding, fixed any rotten or damaged areas, wrapped the entire house to waterproof it and hung new siding, trim, gutters and gutter guards. It turned out absolutely beautiful. Our house looks new again! Jim Ewell the project manager was great to work with. He was very supportive, professional and answered all of our questions. Both he and John were a pleasure to work with. Also, their office staff were very helpful as well. Beantown went above and beyond for us and were so reasonably priced. I highly recommend them! I would definitely use them again for any future projects!"

"They were highly rated so i went with them. They provided a project manager that didn't oversee the job and failed inspection because of common mistakes. They blames the window on me for having incorrect size. we eventually got he correct windows they didn't finish the deck properly the cut corners and made excused that it wasn't in contract and i had to pay extra for their inconsistencies. the electrician put thermostat on floor so i couldn't see it.They Blamed everything on me. now the final bill came in and they marked up the bill for a 30 percent markup. I called another contractor to evaluate the work and boy did he find all the hidden things i knew were already wrong. Im not a contractor by the way but i have eyes. "

"Adam and his team are outstanding. We built in two stages, adding a basement bathroom, removed a wall and all tge finishing work that goes with it! This was done beautifully! Six months later I had a full addition ( in law apartment) full basement with high ceilings, and tge main house is stunning! It doesn’t feel like an in-law apartment, cathedral ceiling, giant bathroom, all the comforts of home Adam was quick to respond to all my concerns, he always answered his phone and if I didn’t like something he was quick to fix it. I would highly recommend Liberty construction- you won’t be disappointed!"

"After many years of Indecision we recently concluded it was time to put in a new kitchen. From cabinets, floors, walls, ceilings, appliances and finally painting - the works!!! We chose Capizzi Home Improvement Company. We had heard they were excellent and had a great reputation for customer satisfaction. We had no idea of the scope of the job and all the work they would have to accomplish. Needless to say this was a very smart choice on our part. From the start there was our designer Diana then to the Caroenters, Jimmy and Dave, the Electricians Dave and Andrew, the Painters Joshua, Jesus and Freddie and the Plumbers Bill and Charlie - all contracted through Capizzi. All were fantastic at their trades. Very professional and knew what they were doing. All of the above coordinated through Gary who managed it all! I would recommend this crew from top to bottom. What a great job they all did! Super, super, super. Kudos to all! P.S. Highly Recommended!!!"

"I had a terrible experience with Roofers Edges & Siding Inc. We decided to replace the roof for solar system, and hired them to do the job. Remember: you are not hiring Kevin but his crew!!! The communication was extremely poor. At first, despite Kevin agreeing to use an ice shield for the front of my house, his crew was unaware of this requirement. I saw they are using the wrong material, and I had to contact Kevin at the installation day to ensure they were doing the job correctly. It was frustrating that the crew couldn't understand English, and Kevin himself never showed up at my house after the initial estimate. To make matters worse, the roof replacement resulted in a severe water leak problem between my chimney and roof. I asked them to fix it, but they failed once and never showed up again even though they provided an one-year warranty. At very beginning, I fully trusted them, and didn't check regularly, eventually I found the leaking problem persisted several months after the replacement the roof! Despite numerous attempts to contact Kevin, he consistently failed to respond to my calls and texts. Instead, he tried to blame the issue on a chimney problem, and told me they can do a water test, but that never happens. I eventually had to hire a new company to look into it, and they found out that the FLASHING was NOT INSTALLED CORRECTLY!!! and I can see the sky from my attic. I had to pay extra money to redo the flashing job, and Roofers Edges & Siding already lost my trust. The lack of professionalism continued when they claimed to have applied for a permit for the job, and I trusted them. However, several months later, I found out that there was no record of the application with the town. When I contacted them, they said the issue is an incorrect address, how un-professional they are! Overall, I would not recommend Roofers Edges & Siding Inc to anyone. Their poor communication, lack of professionalism, and shoddy workmanship were unacceptable. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy roofer, I suggest you look elsewhere."
