"Marvin was great. I have painted in the past and am a bit of a perfectionist and I must say the pros at MC Master did not disappoint. We had our entire homes interior painted and used several different colors. Marvin was very knowledgeable about the paint types we wanted to use and helped us save money by choosing the right paint for our job. He and his crew were very punctual and started early everyday and did not waste time . The project was estimated to take 3.5 days and they finished in 3 which really helped us because we could start our move in a day early. The MC Master crew was great they removed all fixtures and wall plates and taped and covered all floors, molding, appliances, cabinets and anything that they were not painting. They also cleaned up perfectly sweeping and even mopping all hard surfaces. No paint splatter anywhere and all of the transition lines where clean and sharp. I would recommend them for any painting job you may have."

"Narciso and his team repainted our guest bedroom, guest bathroom and did touch-ups around our house to perfection. It started out with very dark paint, and the switch to light colors required 4 coats! And they did a beautiful job. Within 24 hours of calling, Narciso came to our house. The next day, he emailed us a quote. We signed the contract and his team started painting the next morning. The cost was very reasonable, particularly in comparison to another highly rated company’s quote. We will be using them again for future jobs."

"The company was easy to work with. The estimator wasn’t as knowledgeable as he could have been, but was always available for questions.. The painter was good but said he didn’t get the pictures of specific places that needed caulking as we did and therefore didn’t complete them until we pointed it out. We put nail holes above our door and on railing from Christmas decorations and thought he would have filled them in before painting but didn’t, just painted over them, the bare wooden railing wasn’t primed as we requested before painting it, I noticed that the old bare spots were showing through and questioned wether he sanded before priming and he said he did, I didn’t like it, so he reprimed the whole rail and repainted it, I still don’t know if he actually sanded first. We will see how it holds up."

"I would not consider having anyone other than Reilly’s Handyman Services. I had them replace and upgrade my deck 8 years ago and was amazed with the craftsmanship. 8 years later it looks 8 months old, not 8 years. So, of course when I wanted my whole house upgraded with a new roof, porch railing, siding, gutters and shutters, I went with Norm and Ryan Reilly. The workmanship and attention to detail is superb. "The Santiago team showed up on time and proceeded in covering the walls and flooring with protective sheeting, which was a plus...no dust. The ceilings needed repair, nail pops throughout and some retaping in the great room. Lasers were used to position the taping, which turned out perfectly. There were a couple of spots that were overlooked, but were promptly addressed. All in all, we are very satisfied with Santiago Home Improvements and their professionalism."

"I have never had a house painted before and the project was an eye-opener for me. I got 3 estimates and all came in about the same price. I chose Anderson because I liked my pre work interactions with them more than the others. Everyone that worked on the house from the power washers to the carpenters to the painters all work for the same company, no subs. All of the crews were professional, well trained and nice to work with. Steve their carpenter and Haneer the lead painter were outstanding. The job took longer than expected because of some challenging areas of the house that were hard to reach and a screened porch that proved to be a real challenge because of tedious prep work. The final product was first class. I have a clear understanding now, of the complexity of the project and the justification of the cost. I hope I don’t need to have the house painted again but if I do, I would use Anderson again in a heartbeat."
