"I had Guardian coat my 2 1/2 car garage floor 2 years ago, and it still looks as good as it did when it was new. So after expanding my porch by extending the existing concrete slab, we noticed the color of the old and concrete was different than the new concrete. We looked at various low maintenance options to cover both the old and new concrete, which was partially exposed to the outside elements, as well as, protected inside the porch, and the only thing that made sense was to have Guardian cover all of it.. inside and out. They did a fantastic job, even came back the next day to thoroughly clean up remaining debri, and edge the newly covered concrete slab. We highly recommend Guardian and the product !"

"EYP has some talented workers. They did a very good job at the edging between the walls and the ceiling. Some of the imperfections in the wall were fixed but I was told there were too many to fix them all. I was told during the estimate that they would all be fixed. I would rather them have taken another day then to leave the imperfections. There were also paint droppings on our floors, countertops, light fixtures, bathtub, and shower. In our contract, we agreed for one coat of paint on the ceiling, it looks good everywhere besides around lights on the ceiling. I was told that it was just how the roller applied the paint to the ceiling but that just seems like an excuse for laziness. Wouldn t it take a couple minutes to just go around the lights with a brush to fix it? Now I have to be the one to do it myself when that s what I hired them for. Overall, the paint job is fine but for the expectation that I was given during the estimate, it does not match."

"Crew was prompt and arrived when they said they would. prepped room and stairs and applied first coat of paint to all walls before noon. Took lunch and returned to apply second coat and cleaned up and left by 3:30PM. I did not notice that they had touched the ceiling at the top at the fireplace 24 feet up in the family room until a week later. When I informed Brian about it and showed him the 2 foot spot that the roller touched he said he would see what he could do. One week later I got a call from their scheduler saying that they could schedule me and it would be a $99 trip charge. Their work was good and done quickly but not what I would call good customer service on a complaint that their crew caused."
