"Lawton came out within two hours of my Angi request. He immediately gave an estimate. My deck supports were rotting beneath my Hot Tub. We noticed when one side of the hot tub was sinking up to inch. We had some weather delays, but once his team was able to get a dry day they did a great job. I think the deck is better supported than the original . They spent a very long Friday here and they damage was more extensive than we thought. We agreed upon a fair adjustment to the estimate. Lawton returned today, after they weekend and carefully removed a large pickup load of written wood and debris."

That was the first red flag. They also had to come back a second time just to take measurements?clearly unprepared and unprofessional. I would be happy to share the quotes and the text.
