"I can't believe how smoothly this repair went! Everyone at Falcone--the schedulers who arranged our estimate visit and the repair work, the foundation experts who repaired the porch, the finance people who explained the estimate and our final bill--every single one of them was helpful, prompt, courteous, and great at their jobs. The county inspector who reviewed the porch repair even made a point of telling us what high quality work the Falcone people had done for us! I would definitely call them again! If you're interested in our specific details, this repair was crucial to maintaining our house's structural integrity; since the screened-in porch is attached to the house, if it went down the hill, so would the back wall of the house! The foundation had cracked away from the main house and the slab was cracked and sliding apart at different angles. The men from Falcone excavated, cleaned, and prepped the job site, including washing the bottom section of the slab to promote bonding when the new concrete was poured. Then they poured a porch perimeter slab wall under the slab to stabilize the foundation. In addition, they installed a backer rod and applied concrete sealant to re-connect the porch foundation to house and prevent additional damage."

"Please be advised that this company is very friendly but will require a lot of your time and advocate for services that you do not want. We requested a quote and installation of a crawl space door system. A friendly rep spent 4 hours inspecting and discussing a range of solutions. When we requested installation of just the door system, they refused the service without additional thousands of dollars."

"Mauricio and his team did an outstanding job of removing old rose bushes and replacing them with dwarf red oak Hydrandas. Then they raked up the debris and removed it. The front of my home looks terrific now."

"Mr. Cortez was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. He explained the issues, found the source of the problem, and fixed the source. Mr. Cortez is a hard worker and I am super grateful that I hired him. He was on time and willing to explain when I did not understand. The best part of my experience was TC walked me through the issues and pointed out the source so that I was fully aware of what he was doing. If you have mold issues, need excavation, waterproofing, installation of a French drain system, hire TC!"

"It was a small project but they did very well installing the garden wall blocks on the hilly side of my home and did an excellent job of adding topsoil, installing landscape fabric and the red lava rocks. They were professionals and did a very nice job of making sure my home's driveway, sidewalk and road in front of my front yard were spotless when they were done."

"Owner is very responsive. Installed a french drain and redirected gutter spout with piping for me. They care about the work being done and did a quality job. Laid sod and cleaned up nicely afterwards. I would highly recommend. Cost was very reasonable."

"Rob and his team are great to work with. They are very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. I used them earlier in the year to start up my irrigation system. Recently I had a leaking irrigation valve and they responded quickly to replace the valve. Everything has been working properly since the repair. will continue to use Rob and his team and highly recommend their services."
