"Mykol and his team were fantastic to work with. It was only a few days from the day they came to give us the initial estimate to the day they did the work. Their price was very affordable, and everything they did was really well done. We needed some drainage problems fixed in the front yard and some ground cleared in the back for gardening, and they took care of everything in one day. They asked me how I wanted everything done, made suggestions for things I hadn’t thought of, and everything came out great. After dealing with ongoing alignment issues with my heavy 8-foot exterior wood French doors that prevented the doors from closing properly, I reached out to them. Hugo responded quickly, provided an accurate & completely reasonable quote, and set up a time to fix it. They arrived on time and they worked on all three of my French doors, including a problematic door that wouldn't lock that absolutely no one else had been able to fix. All three doors work fabulously now! The team was incredibly courteous, professional, and took the time to completely clean up the workspace before leaving. "Alem showed up on time, was very friendly and courteous, explained the problem and solution to me, and did the work in a timely fashion. He had experience with my project (squaring up an out of plumb and very “screechy” storm door that was quite difficult to open). As far as the actual work goes (as well as all the attributes I mentioned above), I would definitely give him 5 stars - even 10 if that were allowed. The only reason I gave him 4 stars was because I feel his price was too high - about double what I would have expected. Granted, I agreed to the charge beforehand, but I was desperate and there were no other Pros that responded, so I really had no alternative. I would hire him again for other projects, but only at a more reasonable and affordable rate."
