Tart's came onsite and carefully considered my needs and the layout (nearly an acre) of my yard. I received the quote that same day broken out the way I requested. Over the next week I had a few clarifying questions that were answered swiftly and professionally. Based on comparison with a bid and interaction with another installer I selected Tart's. Work began within days and was completed quickly. While there is no way to install an irrigation system without disturbing the lawn I was surprised at how well my yard looked when they were done. But my bill reflected 10,000 square feet of service. When I called to question this, they didn't seem to care and I canceled my account. Then I got a p*****-off call from the guy who serviced my lawn (which I did not request), trying to justify the lack of work done on my property. I am still waiting on a call from the 'office manager' about making this right, but I doubt that will come. Attached is an image from the untreated portion of the property, that was nice green grass a year ago (and 1,500 bucks ago) and now it's not doing so well, I wonder what it would have looked like had it been properly serviced!!!"
