The two technicians were very careful during the cleaning, taking extra care to keep our new carpet from getting dirty. In the end, the fireplace was clean & tidy and the inspection of the flu/chimney/cap showed that everything was in good working order. They were also very attentive to answering our questions and making recommendations as to the type of grate we needed to replace our old one. New life removed existing tiles, replaced any damaged tiles, repaired only the metal channels that needed repair, fixed any problems with the wood under the tiles, and replaced the tiles. What I appreciate is that there was good communication about the problem and went straight to the solution. So, what was supposed to be an 8-10 hour/1 day installation process, turned into a 16 hour/2 day installation process. I'm ok with that. Customer Service and a great job is what matters in the end."

"I have had a service contract with Wolff for years. The frozen compressor was discovered during routine maintenance and check-up prior to the start of the A/C season. They could have pushed to replace the compressor or the whole unit instead of trying the capacitor to see if it would solve the problem. They have never attempted to rip me off and have always done competent, timely service."
