"I was told by Savino that I needed a new computer so I asked his opinion on if I paid to have that fixed if he thought the fridge would last because it wasn?t a cheap repair at all ($700). He said he thought it would and told me all about how the new fridges after Covid were made poorly so if I could keep this one going I should. There was no mention at that time that I may fix the computer and then the compressor would be broken also which would be super expensive to fix and at that point he would recommend a new fridge. It wasn?t until after he put the computer in and I paid for it that he said the compressor may be shot as well. I reached back out to see if it was possible to return the computer part since it did not fix anything and I had to go buy a new one anyway. I received a response saying he was working on seeing if I could return the part and would let me know by the end of the week. This was over two weeks ago and still nothing even though I continue to reach out! "
