Not only did she give me the part number, she looked up a company that had the part, gave me the number and address of the company, but knew if they had it in stock. Who does this? A very service oriented company. "Tiger Mechanical came out as scheduled, correctly diagnosed the problem as a failed pump motor and ordered a replacement part. After the replacement part was available, they came out immediately and completed the repair. Prior to calling Tiger Mechanical, we had called another repair service who, after 3 service calls, had failed to repair the dishwasher. We were very pleased with Tiger's ability to quickly diagnose & repair the dishwasher. We would certainly call on them again."

Service tech (Keith) phoned an hour prior to arrival with eta & arrived right on schedule. He was very personable, very thorough with explanation of what he was doing, asked good questions about how the unit was cooling & if any rooms hotter/cooler than others etc. Offered to have me come out & watch him replace a part so I would know for sure he did actually replace it (lots of scams out there)."
