I advised Jessie what the problem was with mine and my tenants roof and I ask him what he thought it would take to repair both sides. He had quoted me a price, but after his assistant had looked at what was needed, he was upfront and advised that it would be more and gave me a bottom line price which I thought was reasonable and fair. "I was looking for a company to remove the textured/popcorn ceiling throughout my entire house.  George Jr. came and did an estimate.  He was very punctual, professional and extremely patient with all of my questions.  I must have called/emailed 10+ times with questions.  He was also very accommodating with my schedule.  Price was very competitive considering the amount of work and vaulted ceilings.
The house was vacant so it was easier than having to work around furniture.  I actually don't think it would have been possible with furniture.  There was an incredible amount of dust during the work in progress.  Finished work was just as I had expected.  I highly recommend George and his crew and would use them again in the future.
