He was very easy to work with and shared any problems he saw right away with me. There was a problem with the water turning on in the house after the de-winterization process and he was unable to inspect the plumbing on the scheduled inspection day. Without hesitation he said he would come back as soon as the problem was fixed, (by the seller) to check out the plumbing - at no extra charge. He kept his word and was back once the problem was fixed and gave a thorough inspection of the plumbing. He presented a detailed report of the inspection with pictures and recommendations, hand delivered, later the very same day of the original inspection. - he provided an addendum for the plumbing the same day it was completed by email. They did not bring it the day of the inspection. We scheduled another date for them to drop it off. They did not show up at the scheduled time. We had to call and they came out 2 hours later. We were also unclear as to why they chose to put the test where they did. We thought they were supposed to go in the basement.....?"
